Q: How Long Will It Take for My Driveway to Be Cleared?

It depends on the nature of the storm. Most storms happen at night, and we aim to have all driveways cleared before 7am to allow our customers to easily get to work.
Q: What Types of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept cash, cheques, or e-transfers.
Q: How Long Does Snow Clearing Service Last?

Our contracts last from November 1st to March 31st. This allows for plenty of wiggle room to ensure that you are taken care of in all snow events.
Q: How Much Snow Needs to Fall for Service to Begin?

We will send out our vehicles as soon as roughly 5 centimetres or 2 inches of snow falls in your area. We will use both weather data and our own physical checks to verify when this happens.
Q: How Late in the Season Can I Buy a Service Package?

Service packages are first come first serve, with returning clients offered priority. The plans will be taken off the website as soon as they are sold out.
Q: What Is Your Cancellation/Refund Policy?

Cancellations and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds except in special cases.
